- To report a street lighting program, call our 24/7 call centre at 416-542-3195 or submit the information using our secure online form.
- Service level targets for incoming street lighting repair request:
- All calls are responded within 5 to 10 business days
- Emergency calls are responded to within 90 minutes
- In September 2006, Toronto Hydro Street Lighting merged with Toronto Hydro Energy Services (TH Energy). The partnership allows Toronto Hydro Energy Services to now offer a full suite of energy efficiency and lighting service solutions.
- TH Energy Street Lighting owns and manages 160,000 lights.
- When reporting a street light problem, provide the pole number, closest intersection and any significant landmark that will be helpful in identifying the correct pole.
